Leading European General Insurer based in Reading, Berkshire have a requirement for a Risk Manager. Your key responsibility as the Risk Manager is to support the Risk Management Function and the Interpretation and Implementation of Solvency II to ensure compliance. Key tasks will include development of the companies risk and solvency assessment and the delivering of external reporting requirements. The ideal candidate will be a part qualified accountant or a member of the Institute of Risk Management with previous UK Financial Services experience (acquired either at a company or as a consultant) . The ideal Risk Manager must possess excellent communication and project management skills plus the ability to challenge and influence all levels of management and in return you will receive a salary of between £40-£50k + excellent benefits.
